Great Picture Quality; Lacks Essential Connections I have had this Samsung 51E450 TV for a few weeks now and I have to say that the picture quality is simply amazing. HD content (from my PS3/Netflix) look great and this being a Plasma TV, it’s great for gaming, too. However, what keeps me from giving the TV 5 stars is the lack of many, essential, needed connections. At the time of purchase, information on this TV was lacking as it’s a new model for 2012. So I was very disappointed to find out that the TV comes with only 2 HDMI, one Component, one EX-Link, one Digital Audio Out (Optical), and a USB. The TV not only lacks extra HDMI connections, but it also lacks a headphone jack input! What am I to do if I want to watch TV using a headphone? I’d either have to buy really expensive audio receiver and cables, or just do without the headphone input. How stupid is that?! Anyway, the lack of an Audio Out almost pushes me to return the TV. But I may end up keeping it because the picture quality is so great and because it didn’t break my bank to get this 51-inch Plasma. Click here to read more
